These solid aluminum engraving plates are designed to be laser engraved showing a brilliant silver color engraving.
These are made from high quality aluminum designed for engraving and will have a finish that uniform, smooth, and blemish-free. All of our engraving plates are guaranteed to be manufactured as the ‘best available’ in the industry and you will receive the highest quality that is proudly made in the USA.
- Solid Aluminum Blanks Made In The USA.
- Material thickness; black on aluminum .50mm / .020"
- Engraving Depth 0.025mm / .001"
- Black on aluminum plates will display engraved letters in a silver color.
- These metal engraving blanks are designed to be used with a laser engraver only. These laser engraving plates are not intended to be used for rotary and mechanical type engraving methods
- The engraving plaques come with a clear thin plastic coating to protect the engraving side of the plate and should be removed before engraving
- If you order customized holes punched into the plates, the actual size will be 3mm / 0.12" in diameter and is placed approximately 3mm from the edge of the plate (Screws are sold separately)
- Recommended laser engraving machine settings (35 Watt) Speed 100 / Power 60
These versatile plates are great for Trophies, Machine tags, door numbers, awards, medals, lockers, mail & room numbers, bin/ID tags also works with Glowforge and other CO2 lasers

Works Exactly As They Should
We ordered hundreds of these plates in various sizes and they are well-made, precisely cut, and look good (with clean lines) once engraved. Dented edges
Both orders so far have had dented edges/corners. Currently looking for someone else to order from due to the return/replace procedure being too time consuming. Really need to step up the quality control checking/ shipping and packaging.

The plates were exactly as advertised
The way the plates were packaged caused most of them to have a slightly bent corner which required a bit of extra effort to straighten them.
