Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Most shipping rates are estimated through our website automatically. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your products, shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If there is a large price discrepancy in shipping costs, you will be notified before the order is processed. If you have special shipping instructions or questions, please contact us before your order is placed.

Shipping Schedule
Orders generally ship within one or two business days of receipt (shipping days Monday through Friday). A tracking number if applicable will be emailed when your order ships if you have provided an email address. If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments that may not always arrive at your location on the same day.

By default, the cart and shipping software calculates the USPS shipping rate that you’ve chosen for all services. All packages shipped via UPS must be delivered to a physical street address.

 Rush Services and Expected Transit Times Although we attempt to process, fill, and ship orders within 1-2 business days, we usually can help with rush service and special delivery for due dates and deadlines. Please contact us with your needs and we will try to help with getting your order to you as fast as possible. Delivery times vary based on service level, carrier, and location.

 Additional Fees
Additional fees may be accessed by some carriers for signature required, lift-gate truck services, and address corrections. Loss and Damage protection for items up to $300 and detailed tracking are included at no extra charge. For shipments valued over $300, there is a fee of $0.65 per $100 that will be added on to the charges shown in your cart. If you wish to have a signature confirmation for delivery, this request must be typed within the customer notes section during checkout. Additional fees will apply for the request of signature required.

 Continental USA Carriers and Service

US Mail
First Class (The maximum weight is 13 ounces. Carts that contain products that weigh over 13 ounces will not show this service available) Priority (Priority Mail offers 2-3 day service, not guaranteed, to most domestic destinations) Priority Mail Express (Priority Mail Express offers 1-2 day service, not guaranteed, to most domestic destinations) For US Mail service (Priority and Priority Mail Express) The maximum weight limit is 70Lb. The maximum size is 108" or less in combined length and distance around the thickest part. Because of certain rules and limitations, any of our larger products and liquids that are designated "UPS shipping only" will be shipped UPS even if the checkout shipping method chosen was US mail.

Because of carrier regulations and damage liability, we are not able to use mail envelopes for shipping any products.

 APO and FPO Shipments
All deliveries to APO and FPO US Military addresses are shipped via the US Postal Service. When entering a military shipping addresses, select "Armed Forces..." as the state and "United States" as the country then enter your valid zip code staring with one of the following: AA (Central and South America), AE (Europe, Canada, and Middle East), or AP (Asia Pacific)

 International shipping restrictions
Currently, we are accepting orders from the United States and Canada that can ship via USPS

 Package Damage
Any returns of packages or products must have authorization before returning, please follow the steps in our return policy. Every effort will be made to settle the claim in a timely, fair and reasonable way. We will work with our customers to a resolution of the claim that can include repairing the item, selling the items for salvage, or replacing the item.

 Remember:
Examine all packages before signing for them for signs of damage and mishandling. Inspect the contents as soon as possible and count all the products to compare with the items shown on the invoice. Claims must be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. For damaged shipments delivered when you were not at home, contact us via e-mail at mail@customengravingplates.com or fill out the Contact Us Form and describe the damage. If there is minor damage and we can replace a part this may be a faster resolution. If the package needs to be returned, please follow the procedure in steps below.

 Visible damage upon delivery
If there is obvious gross damage to the outside of the box or crate you should refuse the shipment. Please remember if you refuse a package for any reason, you must contact us by e-mail. UPS and Fed-ex policies won't let you open a package to inspect it; you should sign for it if it appears okay, then immediately contact us if there is hidden damage.

 Hidden damage
Email us as soon as a problem or damage is discovered and save all packaging with the shipment. You should be prepared to provide pictures of item and packaging if requested. You must notify us within ten days of receipt of the order for a concealed damage claim to be considered.

Missing Product
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order. We have over three separate people do safeguard checks on orders and all packages are weighed and video recorded upon shipping to assist with missing product claims. You must notify us within ten days of receipt of the order for a missing product claim to be considered.

Call tags and pickups
You will need to reseal the package securely and drop it into one of the carriers drop box location or have it available for pick up. Include a copy of the original invoice and all packaging materials and original product packaging. If you have a regular UPS or FedEx pickup, you may give the package to the driver. If you cannot safely make the package available, you will have to drop it off at a UPS or FedEx location, otherwise we are unable to help you.

New Year's Day (January 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day (December 25) - Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day
